We had a proper nice stay! The location was spot on, right near Earl's Court tube, made getting about a doddle. Only downside was the weather got a bit hot in the room, but the fan was a lifesaver. Can’t wait to come back again!

absolutely underwhelming experience at earls court, I even had to drag my luggage with no lift—ugh! plus, who doesn't provide mattress protectors? I expected a warm welcome gift or at least an upgrade for the inconvenience. late check-out was nice, but not exactly compensation for stale sheets and overall mediocre cleanliness. just couldn’t recommend despite the location.

Great location across from Earls Court Station. The small room was clean and had a fridge, which was super handy during the hot days. Easy access with a key code pad. Shower room was well stocked with towels. I really appreciated the complimentary drinks.

The location is unbeatable, with the tube and bus stops just steps away, making it easy to explore. The room, although small, was equipped with a fridge and offered complimentary snacks, which added a nice touch. the lack of storage space for clothes was noticeable, and the room felt a bit cramped at times. The bathroom was modern and clean, however, there was limited lighting which could be an issue during the evening.

The location is quite central, making it easy to get around the area on foot. Fire escape routes are clearly signed in the stairwell, which is a plus when you're on the top floor.

Room features leave much to be desired. The bed was in dismal shape, not providing a comfortable night's sleep due to springs poking through an old mattress. There was no elevator, which wasn't mentioned prior, making lugging luggage up and down quite the workout. On top of that, the room was excessively hot without proper air conditioning or a functional fan, and the lack of basic cleaning supplies during our week-long stay was disappointing. We also encountered a strong smell of smoke coming from the neighboring unit, making the air quality unbearable at times.

Loved this place! It’s just a short walk from Earl’s Court station, super convenient. The room was clean and had a microwave and a small wine cooler, which was nice for late-night snacks. I did notice it could use a bit more storage for clothes, though. Be sure to check out the nearby cafes. the coffee was top-notch!

Just an ideal choice for a weekend breather in London with very good value for money. I really liked the well-stocked shower room with plenty of towels, which made things easier. Carry a lightweight bag. there's no lift, and it's a bit of a climb!

The location was superb, right next to Earl's Court tube station. The room was clean and quite spacious for London standards. I loved the communication with management, they were very responsive.
